Detained after attempting to break their Ramadan fasts in Gezi Park, 6 individuals have been released. While four detainees were released after their testimonies to police and prosecutors, Haluk Ağabeyoğlu and Ahmet Batal have been released after their testimony to a court.

Ağın district authorities ordered x-ray scans for a kestrel, a wild bird that was accused by villagers of being an Israeli spy due to a ring on its limb saying “'-24311 Tel Avivunia Israel”. Between April and June, 66 journalists and 27 publishers were behind bars in Turkey. 13 individuals (including 5 journalists) have been convicted of Anti-Terror Act-related sentence with a total of 67 years, 2 months and 7 days of prison as well as 6,600 euros fine.
