The book "1 May '77 The Voices of Those Who Lost Their Loved Ones" focuses on the stories of 27 out of the 34 individuals who were killed on May 1, 1977, which is one of the most significant turning points in recent Turkish history. Interviews were conducted with the families of the deceased, and the accounts are complemented by writings from witnesses of the time, educators, and legal experts. Together, they shed light on the impunity dimension of the massacre.
