Organized by bianet's request for three years, the round table meeting of Women and LGBTI Oriented Journalism/ Non-Governmental Organiz ations was held in Cezayir Meeting Hall with the participation of women and LGBTI oriented 17 organizations.
Held at the Civil Society's Development Center (STGM), the meeting focused on the following topics: Making organisation activities visible, how information flow can be provided more from local sources, problems that require to be put on agenda in the upcoming broadcast season and building bridges between bianet and woman/LGBT organizations.
Representatives of the organizations have made suggestions and assumptions regarding bianet becoming a more functional channel for the organisations. The meeting was moderated by Çiçek Tahaoğlu, Women and LGBTI news editor of bianet.
