Acquittal in “Dictator” Case: Cursing Not An Insult
A Turkish court acquitted defendants for saying “God damn it, PM became a dictator”. While Erdoğan also joined the case as plaintiff, prosecutor also claimed that “cursing could neither be an insult or crime”.
