Diyabakır Governorship has announced that a curfew has been declared in 37 villages and hamlets in the districts of Lice and Hani in Turkey's southeastern province of Diyarbakır.
Announcing the curfew on its official website, the governorship has stated that the indefinite curfew will be in force as of 8 a.m. today (March 27).
As per the Law No. 5442 for Provincial Administration, the curfew will be in force in the following villages and hamlets:
In the district of Hani, the villages of Kaledibi, Akçayurt, Topçular, Y. Turalı, Kalaba, Uzunlar, Serenköy and the hamlets of Başaklı, Güzelce, Taşburun, Karapilyari, Mezartarlası, Sıraevler, Horsel, Çay, Damlatepe, Uysal, A. Turalı, Gürbulak.
In the district of Lice, the villages of Şenlik, Birlik, Abalı, Erginköy, Tuzlaköy, Çeper, Daralan ve Duruköy and the hamlets of Elmadere, Ağılçık, Akçapınar, Ayaz, Şakan, Boyluca, Dahlık, Alikahya, Hacımusabey ve Kutlamış. (AS/SD)
