As the WSJ news initiated a new discussion, prosecution office authorities made an announcement: "Following the assessment of the information and documents provided from Turkish General Staff, we may investigate the source of intelligence when necessary"
According to the news, the prosecution office will base the investigation on the four-hour Heron images that were shown to Minister of Interior investigators and members of The Parliamentary Human Rights Investigation Commission before.
"Evidences are being collected"
"A week before the incident, there is intelligence about the terrorists in the region. Apart from this, there are also images provided by Turkish drones before the incident. Trying to answer 'Who provided the first intelligence' question may not be helpful for us in terms of investigation. There's an incident and we are collecting the related evidences. The course of the investigation will be clarified following the stage of evidence collection" announced the authorities of the Prosecution Office.
Diyarbakır Special Authority Prosecutor will send the documents to Uludere sub-commission. (AS)
