Ankara 12th High Criminal Court held its 16th hearing of September 12 case this afternoon.
In an intermediate decision, the court ordered the case prosecutor to declare whether he is requesting an extension in the investigation and issue an opinion if it is not the case.
In addition, it also ordered a memorandum from Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) to acquire information on “Civil Affairs Coordination Group” of Bayrak Movement Plan.
It also ordered Ankara Prosecutors Office to launch investigation on the members of “Civil Affairs Coordination Group”.
The hearing was set early Friday for Oct. 25 in Ankara. (SK/AS/BM)
