Journalist Fatih Yağmur has been taken into custody in Adana.
Yağmur later wrote that he has been released by vacation court.
Fatih Yağmur speaking to bianet has stated that he is in custody over "releasing images of Turkish National Intelligence Agency (MİT) trucks and prosecutors".
A warrant was issued for Yağmur for recording video in courthouse during trial of the prosecutors of the case. Yağmur will be sent to Tarsus Courthouse after medical checkup for questioning.
Yağmur had made news about the truck that gendarmerie stopped in Hatay, and claimed that Hatay Governorate Celalettin Lekesiz wrote to Kırıkhan District Governorship saying the truck was "belonged to MİT".
He was also assaulted for displaying construction work in Rıza Sarraf's pavilion.
