Worker Health and Occupational Safety Assembly has declared that at least 190 workers have been killed in November.
Of the killed, eight were women, 182 were men whereas two were children eight were immigrants.
1,816 workers lost their lives in occupational homicides in the first 11 months in 2016.
A 45% increase in occupational homicides was marked in this November compared to last three years.
80% of the occupational homicides took place in six sectors: Construction, transportation, agriculture, mining, commercial and municipality.
Occupational homicides occurred in 56 provinces of Turkey. Siirt and Adana in which mass murders took place were ranked at the top places. (NV/TK)
