İnce will organize a meeting in Edirne and visit Demirtaş
Presidential candidate of the main opposition party Republican People’s Party (CHP) Muharrem İnce has visited Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (HDP) candidate Selahattin Demirtaş, who is imprisoned in Edirne Prison.
İnce will also organize a meeting in Edirne.
Abdullatif Şener, who was among the founders of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and was mentioned among the figures for presidential candidate, announced on his Twitter account that he will attend the meeting with Yılmaz Büyükerşen and İlhan Kesici.
It was reported that İnce, who will go to Turkey’s southeastern province of Hakkari after Edirne meeting, will organize a meeting in his and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s hometown Rize.
Karamollaoğlu: Demirtaş should be released
12:20 a.m. - Felicity Party's presidential candidate Temel Karamollaoğlu said that Demirtaş should be released from prison.
According to a report by Nergis Demirtkaya from Gazete Duvar, Karamollaoğlu said, "If there is no legal obstacle before Demirtaş's candidacy, then his imprisonment should end for him to be able to express his opinions to public".
"I wish Demirtaş be released as soon as possible".
