ECtHR Condemns Turkey in ‘Minority Report’ Case of Kaboğlu and Oran
ECtHR has given its judgement in the case of Kaboğlu and Oran, who applied to the court after hate speech and threats they were subjected to due to their Minority Report were met with impunity. The court has sentenced Turkey to pay 7 thousand Euro in damages.
