İmc TV Cameraperson Refik Shot in Cizre

imc TV has reported, that its cameraperson Refik Tekin has been shot by police in Cizre district of Şırnak which is still under curfew.

For 38 days Refik Tekin had been reporting the happenings in Cizre where armed conflicts under curfew continued.

It has been confirmed that Refik Tekin had been among other 10 persons during fire opened by the police on the mass which wanted to march to the neighbourhood where Serhat Altun had lost his life over being shot and despite the precaution decision of the European Court of Human Rights for not being allowed to be taken from the neighbourhood to the hospital.
