The sergeants from the Navy Commandership in Golcuk, mostly voted for AKP. In the 1995 elections, the sergeants of the Navy Commandership in Golcuk had overwhelmingly voted for the Islamic Welfare Party (RP).
AKP is the winner in Golcuk Navy
403 votes were cast for AKP at the military settlements of the sergeants of the Golcuk Navy Commandership in the Kavakli and Dumlupinar neighborhoods. In the same ballot boxes, there were 79 votes for CHP, 69 votes for the Felicity Party (SP), 54 votes for MHP, 25 votes for the True Path Party (DYP), and 14 votes for the Motherland Party (ANAP).
The sergeants from the Konca military settlement, voted at the Ulaslı Nuri Bermek Elementary School. With 59 votes, AKP was the leading party in Konca military settlement. MHP became the second-leading party with 24 votes. SP won 23 votes, and CHP won 17 votes.
DSP in 1995, CHP in November 3
The admiral and officers from the Navy Commandership, residing in Yuzbasilar military settlements, mostly voted for CHP. The admiral and officers from Golcuk had mostly voted for the Democratic Leftist Party (DSP) in the 1995 general elections.
CHP was the second leading party in 1995. On Sunday, November 3, with 346 votes, CHP became the leading party in the ballot boxes in the Yuzbasilar neighborhood. AKP won 166 votes, while ANAP won 36 votes, DYP won 22 votes and DSP won 9 votes.
The sergeants and officers residing in the Cengiz Topel settlements voted mostly for CHP. Out of 632 registered voters, 464 cast votes on Sunday. CHP won 169 votes and AKP won 124 votes, while ANAP got 19, DYP got 14, YTP got 22, and Youth Party (GP) got 25 votes at the Acisu military settlements. (NK/BB)
