Police teams raided several apartments this morning, detaining 5 individuals related to charges on Gezi protests.
Towards 5:30 am local time, police held simultaneous raids on 20 apartments, launching searches.
Following the raids, police escorted 5 detained individuals who were suspected to have organized Gezi protests to Mersin Public Hospital for health check-up and then police headquarters for testimonies. (YY/BM)
