10 people coming from abroad to monitor the voting have been detained in four cities.
The Ministry of Interior has announced that legal action has been taken against 3 citizens of France in Ağır, 3 citizens of Germany in Şırnak, one citizen of Italy in Batman and three citizens of Italy in Diyarbakır on the ground that they attempted to intervene in elections.
One senator in, three citizens of France have been detained
Communist Party of France (PCF) has announced that the three detained citizens in Ağrı are Christine Prunaud, Hulliya Turan and Pascal Torre from delegation of the Communist Party.
In a statement, Ağrı Governorship claimed that “The three citizens of France identified themselves as observes even though they are not on the list”.
It was stated that Prunaud is a senator in Côtes-d'Armor region in France.

Four people three whom are citizens of Italy were detained in Lice, Diyarbakır. The detainees’ names are Carmıie E., Paolo Z., Emanuela I. and Robin P.
