Police have intervened in groups that attempted to march towards the commemoration being held on second anniversary of the Ankara massacre with pepper gas and plastic bullets.
102 people had died, more than 500 people wounded in the massacre.
The police units have blocked all entrances to Ankara Train Station due to the commemoration to be organized in front of the station.
Bomb experts and a large number of police forces carried out search in the commemoration area.
A group of 100 people rallying on Sıhhiye Street attempted to march towards the commemoration program.
The police units stated that they would permit only the relatives of those who lost their lives in the attack, MPs and NGOs to enter the area and intervened in the people attempting to march in groups with pepper gas and plastic bullets. (EKN/TK)
