Syria’s Representative to the UN: Ceasefire should include Afrin as well
In his statement, Syrian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Bashar Jaafari said that the UN passed 13 anti-terror resolutions and they all await “to be seriously put into effect”.
Stressing that the resolutions passed don’t include military operations launched against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and al Nusra Front, Jaafari emphasized that the resolution must include all Syria including Afrin region, Golan Heights and other regions where US forces are deployed.
