Killed Kurdish journalist Nagihan Akarsel's funeral held under heavy police presence
Akarsel was shot dead in Iraqi Kurdistan. Her body was brought to Türkiye by land as the authorities reportedly did not allow air transport. Police blocked the entry of many people to her village to attend the funeral.
