Being released after three months of arrest, HDP Şırnak MP Ferhat Encü has been taken into custody in Şerafettin Elçi Airport in Şırnak.

Warrant has been issued to take HDP MP Baluken forcibly for arrest. Baluken had been arrested in November 2016 and later released in January 2017.

Being arrested on November 4, 2016 and sent to Kandıra Type F Prison, HDP Şırnak MP Ferhat Encü has been released.

The sub-Governor of Bismil district of the Turkey’s southeastern province of Diyarbakır has been appointed to the district’s municipality as a trustee. Detention order has been issued for Cemile Eminoğlu, the co-Mayor of the district.

Mardin Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Duty has ruled that Mardin Metropolitan co-Mayor Ahmet Türk be released.

Mardin Metropolitan co-Mayor Ahmet Türk is fit to continue to serve a prison sentence despite his health issues, according to a report from the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institution. The report says Türk’s imprisonment does not constitute a “life threatening situation”.

After nearly three months in detention, HDP Group Deputy Chair Baluken has been released.

Van’s Muradiye district’s Co-Mayor Tunç from the Democratic Regions Party has been arrested.

HDP MPs Baydemir, Yıldırım and Taşçıer were taken by force to testify today. Another HDP MP Adıyaman was taken by force too today to give testimony. All four deputies were released following their testimony.

Mardin Metropolitan Co-Mayor Türk has been taken into a hospital from Elazığ Prison in order to have the examinations related to his medical condition completed. The results will be sent to the Forensic Medicine for evaluation.

HDP Iğdır MP Mehmet Emin Adıyaman was taken to prosecutor’s office by police officers coming to his home this morning in accordance with a warrant of taking by force.

Mardin’s Ömerli Co-Mayor Tekin and Van’s Çatak Co-Mayor Bartu have been arrested. There are 72 Co-Mayors from the DBP under arrest.

Nine HDP executives including the party’s İstanbul Provincial Co-Chairs have been arrested after detention of 25 days. Two provincial executives have been sentenced to home confinement.

HDP Şırnak MP Leyla Birlik has been released following 2-month detention.

Detained in Ankara, HDP Vice Co-Chair Aysel Tuğluk and seven other politicians have been arrested by the court they were taken to.

Ağrı Co-Mayor Mukaddes Kubilay has been arrested. 71 co-mayors from 46 DBP-governed municipalities are under arrest.

Trustees have been appointed to municipalities of DBP-governed Hizan, Mutli and Yolalan in Bitlis. The number of DBP-governed municipalities to which trustees have been appointed has increased to 49. 70 co-mayors are under arrest.

15 people including Akdeniz Co-Mayor Yüksel Mutlu from the DBP and HDP Mersin Provincial Co-Chair Sadun Doğan have been arrested.

Bitlis’ Hizan Co-Mayor İhsan Uğur, Mutki Co-Mayor Özcan Birlik, Yolalan Co-Mayor Felemez Aydın, Siirt’s Baykan Co-Mayor Selva Erdoğan and Veysel Karani Co-Mayor Enes Cengiz have been arrested.
