It has been stated that two people from Urfa, who were doing their mandatory military service, have committed suicide in two days. While one of the soldiers has lost his life in his hometown in leave of absence, the other one committed suicide while on duty.

One academic has been sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison as per the Article no. 7/2 of the Anti-Terror Law. The prison sentence of the academic has been suspended.
