The Giresun Penal Court of Peace has ruled that Şaban Vatan, who has been campaigning to solve the suspicious death of his 11-year-old daughter Rabia Naz, shall be hospitalized in a mental institution to check whether he has his mental faculties.

The Human Rights Watch has released a report on the prosecution against lawyers in Turkey, examining the case files of 168 lawyers. It has urged the government to "end prosecuting lawyers."

In March, 108 workers have lost their lives, including 104 men, five children, and 11 refugees. The number of workers who lost their lives in occupational homicides became 392.

Human Rights Association has announced that there are 1,333 ill prisoners in Turkey, 457 of whom are in critical condition. Lawyer Boztoprak has said that the difficulties in accessing this data has increased due to established state of emergency practices.
