Constitutional Court postpones review of Can Atalay's application
The Constitutional Court has postponed the review of the individual application made by TİP MP Can Atalay, who is currently held in prison. Atalay's hearing was scheduled for today. The reason cited for the postponement is that a member judge in the General Assembly was not prepared for the case.
