Request of Appeal Submitted to Council of State about Akkuyu
Environmental rights defenders and NGOs that have filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of Environmental Impact Assessment report issued for Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant project have submitted a request of appeal to the Council of State, which has previously ruled the dismissal of charges.
