Turkey's top court says ‘Ethem Sarısülük's right to life not violated’

Constitutional Court has found it “proportionate” that the police officer was given a 15,200-lira judicial fine over the killing of Ethem Sarısülük during Gezi. The court president has expressed a dissenting opinion, saying that “it will lead to impunity.”
