Öcalan's Road Map - Part 2

It is not certain how much longer the forces that brought me here will keep me here: Turkey thrives to be one single nation state. The countries issues squeeze the money out of it. If you are doing politics you have to do it on the right foundations. Also the PKK has to do politics on the basis of truth, voicing the truth. Also DTP (pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party) has to tell the truth and do politics on the basis of truth. In the press I read about NATO General Secretary Rasmusen's statement concerning the Turkish-Greek relationships. The NATO Stay-Behind-Organization ("gladio") was behind the conspiracy that brought me here. The Greek secret service Stay-Behind-Organization was behind this. They both did it together. Furthermore, the Greek Stay-Behind-Organization, the American CIA and the English MI6 were involved in this. England is the brain of all of them. The Italian Stay-Behind-Organization is still continuing its activities. When America handed me to Turkey they were expecting Turkey to fulfill America's claims on Iran. But Turkey did not do so. If it had been Greece to hand me over they would have claimed islands in the Aegean Sea and concessions on Cyprus. Turkey did not and will not give anything away. They keep me here on the grounds of such calculations. This calculation does not come out even. So it became an obscure situation to keep me here, it is not known what is going to happen with me. It is not certain how much longer the forces that brought me here will keep me here.

I will not allow anybody to make use out of me: Mustafa Kemal had partly solved the English games. The English drew attention to a Kurdish state within Turkey for their own politics. They always did that. They made use out of Sheikh Said. By using him they took over Mosul and Kirkuk. Like this they introduced an orientation towards the Kurds to Mustafa Kemal. England developed politics out of Sheikh Said. They also tried to develop politics out of me but I did not let them use me. I will not allow anybody to make use out of me, I did not allow anybody to develop politics out of me. In these games between 1923 and 1944 Turkey was being played by England. In 1944 America took over and continued with these games. Between 1920 and 1923 Mustafa Kemal tried to put an end to those games but he did not succeed. He could not raise enough power, he got under their control. He has even experienced an attempted assassination. Mustafa Kemal understood those games and he had solved them. He knew who was behind the attempted assassination, he knew it was the generals. He knew it was Kazım Karabekir and he thought about sentencing him to death. On the day of trial all generals appeared in civil apparel and took seats next to each other, expressing their attitude this way. When Mustafa Kemal saw this he understood the generals' power and closed the case. Kazım Karabekir even said that he had done more to Mustafa Kemal. He claimed that the preeminent power was his right and that he could have had Mustafa Kemal arrested in the Erzurum Congress if he had wanted to. Mustafa Kemal expressed his own attitude by replying: "There cannot be to heads on one pair of shoulders".  By surrounding him with  İttihat and Terakki they took him under their control.

I am not threatening anybody, I am giving my opinion. According to the press, an assassination of esteemed Mr. Erdoğan had been planned. Also Ergenekon was going to assassinate the Prime Minister, there were even four attempts for a coup. This is as far as it goes. But Mr. Erdoğan is not aware of this situation. I am voicing these matters here. This might appear like a threat, but I am not threatening anybody. I am not in a position to do so and I do not intend to. I am just giving my opinion. Why does Mr. Erdoğan not know about the execution of Menderes? Menderes drew alongside Russia. Giving the events of 6^th and 7^th September as pretense, he was executed and America was aware of it. Nobody in Turkey really knows why Menderes was actually executed. For 60 years the Stay-Behind Organization is the judge in Turkey and in the whole world. There neither is a person nor a single book in Turkey focussing on the solution of that Stay-Behind Organization. Yet, if you possess the ruling power you have to know these issues.

The Prime Minister should take a step back: The prime minister has to take back one or two threats. This is why I consider Mustafa Kemal important. He showed his attitude towards them, even though just for a short period of time. I do not know how Prime Minister Erdoğan handles such situations. Bahçeli is firmly opposing this initiative. He is one of the few people aware of the process, considering his own position. Also the Army General Staff makes statements. They feel it is necessary to comment on these issues.

MHP has cut the support from the European Union: Bahçeli was better organized though. It is quite normal that he became that angry and that he is against the solution [of the Kurdish question]. Because the support from America has been cut. They know what they have lost and what they are going to lose. They have been educated by America until today. They have been supported by America but since 7 November 2007 this support has been cut because of the Stay-Behind-Organization in the Turkish state. They object the process because they are aware of what they have lost. Actually, they are all products of America, just like Al Qaeda. America tries to keep the Middle-East under their supervision by organizing groups like Al Qaeda. Osama Bin Laden was among the ones raised by America. Although he started war against America and claims to be against the USA, I still think he is influenced by America. Also MHP speaks out against America but they are an American product as well. Still between the 1940s and the 1960s their staff was educated in the American state of Florida. Also Alparslan Türkeş was educated in the USA. The famous Altemur Kılıç lived in Florida for 40 years. Even all the members of staff from the United Nations Committee were educated in America. Also Suphi Kahraman is among the ones that went to America in 1944. Kahraman was one of the founders of the Workers's Party as well. He was also one of those being educated in America between1944 and 1960. In the end Kahraman and the others are coming from this background. That is the reason why they oppose the initiative because they know what they have to expect. Today or tomorrow America will ask them to make the bill even. 20, 30 years ago they killed thousands of letftists. All of these left-wing people were patriots. They can also ask to make that bill even any time. They will say 'I supported you that much, I educated you. What did you give me in retrun?' Devlet Bahçeli behaves that aggressively because he knows this very well. In case of a solution he worries what is going to happen to him, whether he will be left in the middle and has to pay for what he did.

CHP and MHP have to get over the deadlock: CHP and MHP's line of politics is based on blocking the process. They have to get over this kind of politics. Also the left wing in Turkey does not understand. What are they doing? Actually, some sections of the left wing have become part of Ergenekon. They do not know how to do poltitics. Look at the Ergenekon case. Doğru Perinçek, chair of the Worker's Party pretending to be left-wing, military putchist Muyaffer Tekin and fascsist Alparslan Alsan all are tried in the same court case. Look at their disgraceful situation. All three cases are combined in one single trial. And then the State Council's judge is being killed. It is the same mentalitiy to combine all three of them in one file. Alparslan Arslan is from Bingöl. In one part of Bingöl there is a fascist organization. They are controlled by the same centre point. They can all be combined directed to the same centre point.

Health situation: They locked me up in here. My health depends on the current conditions. My health situation has to be handled according to the cause of my detention and according to my current living conditions. There is no crucial change in my health situation. I have a seriously burning sensation in my eyes, my eyelids are sticky and my skin is itching. The doctor diagnosed a severe allergy. The problem in my throat continues and I have sinus problems which are very disturbing. This place is worse than torture. My upper respiratory tract is blocked, I am struggling. They have to handle my health situation according to this. This place is worse than torture. It is not clear what they are going to do. Despite these unbearable health problems I forced myself and wracked my brain to write this road map and to finish my writing on the "Democratization in Middle-East Culture".

My writings are scientific: I wracked my brain. I read and investigated all the scientists of Europe and of the world. What I have written are the conclusions I drew from what I have read. It is scientific and the conclusions I reached are very important. My writings can be considered as an exit from modernity. I have read an article about Dilthey. My ideas are drawing a parallel to Dilthey.  

Azadiye Welat has to be institutionalized: Turkey tails behind one or another, Davutoğlu goes to Syria, Iran and Iraq, afterwards he continues in the south. While saying 'I calculated everything', Noşîrvan and Islamic groups emerge in the south. A Women's Academy was opened in Diyarbakır. Academic must mean entirely academic. The women have to learn everything varying from sports to clothes to economics. There must also be a park within that complex. I wish them good luck. We should not think of the newspaper Ayadiya Welat just as a daily paper, it must not be closed. This newspaper has to be institutionalized. It has to become a part of the language institutionalization. It has to be considered broadly, it has to be worked on broadly.  The newspaper has to represent other dialects as well. It could have two pages especially for the "Zaza" dialect. It actually has to represent all the different dialects. I give my regards to the staff of Welat newspaper. There are letters from prisons. I received letters from prisons in Siirt, Erzurum, Adana Kürkçüler, Miyat and Bakırköy. There is also a number of friends suffering from cancer, they should take care of themselves. (TK/VK)
