The first statement by Ankara Governorship has been made as to bomb attack in Kızılay downtown of Ankara.
The downtown is the most crowded and busy location of the city where millions use also as thoroughfare to reach other locations.
Governorship making its first statement by 8:10 p.m around two hours after the incident which took place at 6:35 p.m., has declared that 27 people have been killed, 75 other wounded in the attack.
The Governorship stating that the attack was launched by exploding a vehicle, has announced that 23 people killed in explosion instant, and the other four lost their lives on the way to hospital.
The Presidency also issued a statement expressing that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has met with Minister of Interior Efkan Ala as to the attack. (EKN/TK)
