Daughters of Ali Fuat Yılmazer, who is one of the Hrant Dink case defendants and the former Director of Intelligence Bureau, attorney Fatma Yılmazer and intern attorney Rabia Yılmazer were detained today (March 16).
Yılmazer was reportedly taken into custody as part of the “Fethullahist Terror Organization/Parallel State Structure” investigation for using the encrypted software ByLock.
It was also stated that Rabia Yılmazer did bar internship in Ankara in which she was detained, and then taken to İstanbul.
According to Cumhuriyet newspaper, four pistols three of whom were licensed belonging to Ali Fuat Yılmazer were seized during the search carried out by police in Fatma Yılmazer’s home.
Fatma Yılmaz was representing her father Ali Fuat Yılmazer, who is being charged with “forming an armed organization” and “designed murder” concerning Hrant Dink murder.
The trial will continue on April 10-11-13-14. (ÇT/TK)
