The Governorship of Diyarbakır has announced that the curfew, which was previously declared in four villages and seven hamlets in the district of Lice in Turkey's southeastern province of Diyarbakır on the ground of an operation to be launched in the region, has been lifted.
As announced by the Governorship on its website, the curfew, which entered into force at 6 a.m. on November 26, was lifted as of today (November 29).
The curfew was in effect in the villages of Bayırlı, Baharlar, Yaprakköy and Yünlüce; and in the hamlets of Konuklu, Yeşilburç, Mehmedil, Sağlık, Gönen, Hamzabey and Kumumirza in Lice.
The 193rd curfew ended in Diyarbakır
The Human Rights Foundation of Turkey (TİHV) Documentation Center has determined that curfew was declared for at least 332 times in 11 provinces and at least 50 districts from August 16, 2015 to October 1, 2018.

According to the report, at least 1 million 809 thousand people have been affected due to these curfews. The last curfew which was lifted today has become the 193rd curfew which has been lifted in the province so far.
