Two people have been shot to death in Turkey’southeastern Dicle district of Şırnak province. The police attacked on those trying to retrieve the bodies on the street.
According to Fırat News Agency, the two whose names are yet to be announced were shot by special operations officers.
Curfew was imposed in Cizre and Silopi districts of Şırnak on December 14. Police intervened in the protest marching against curfews yesterday (January 4) night in Dicle which sparked a conflict that resulted with two people shot to death.
The bodies remained on the street for the whole night. Police attacked with gas bombs on the ones who came in the morning to retrieve the bodies. (AS/TK)
