Who were those killed in İstanbul explosion?
Adem Topkara and Elif Topkara had a daughter. Yusuf Meydan who lost his life together with his 9 year old daughter was an officer at the Ministry of Family and Social Services. Arzu Özsoy and her daughter Yağmur Uçar have also lost their lives.
