EP Rapporteur for Turkey Kati Piri stated that she would propose in the European Parliament to launch an urgent call for release of Anadolu Kültür Board Chair Osman Kavala, who was taken into custody yesterday evening.

Businessperson Kavala known with his NGO works, has been detained on his return from a meeting of a project planned to be realized in cooperation with Goethe Institute in Antep.
