Detained Kobane People Attacked With Tear Gas
261 individuals from Kobane who have been detained and kept in a sports complex in Suruç district faced police tear gas as they attempted to break out their captivity. Detainees include around 20 journalists.

Suphi Nejat Ağırnaslı, a sociology graduate from Turkey’s prestigious Bosporus University, has lost life in Kobane at the age of 30. He was fighting against ISIS with the alias Paramaz Kızılbaş.

Curfew in 6 Southeastern Cities
6 governors in Turkey's Kurdish-populated cities issued curfew in the following cities/districts until a second notice: Diyarbakır, Batman, Dargeçit, Derik, Kızıltepe, Nusaybin, Mazıdağı and Savur due to clashes between police and demonstrators over the Kobane protests.

Women Protesting "War" Motion Detained on Bosporus Bridge
A group of women were detained after blocking Istanbul’s Bosporus Bridge with a banner saying “Parliamentary motion and support to ISIS mean war and massacre of women. You don’t make peace that way”.
