Dawn raids on journalists in Turkey still continue despite human rights action plan
When police carried out a house raid to detain journalist Kadri Esen, he was in another apartment in the same building. The police raided his former landlord's home. Esen is not the only journalist whose home was raided. But the raids are not legal.
