Announcing its opinion as to the accusations, Prosecutor’s Office has demanded that Önderoğlu, Nesin and Korur-Fincancı be penalized for “propagandizing for a terrorist organization”, “inciting to commit crime” and “praising the crime and the criminal.”

The next hearing of the case filed against Önderoğlu, Nesin and Korur-Fincancı for having solidarized with the closed Özgür Gündem newspaper will be held on February 27. The arrest warrant previously issued against Ahmet Nesin has been revoked.
