Second ruling of right violation for Enis Berberoğlu
Constitutional Court has concluded the application of Enis Berberoğlu over the failure of the local court to enforce its first ruling of right violation. The supreme court, for the second time, has concluded that the rights of Berberoğlu have been violated.
