Judge First Upheld 159-Year Prison Sentence, Then Examined the File
In the lawsuit filed against the lawyers of Progressive Lawyers Association (ÇHD), the court of appeal has rejected the objection without examining the file. While the verdict is dated October 8, 2019, the judge apparently expressed opinion one day later.
