Foreign Minister Davutoğlu recently spoke about efforts for legal amendments regarding freedom of expression cases at the ECHR. The Turkish Human Rights Foundation sent an according petition to the PM 3.5 years ago. The Anti-Terror Act, the Press Law and other regulations have to change.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs said that a part of the applications filed to the European Court of Human Rights stem from delays in the judicial process. He stated that referring legal work had been initiated. He requested a classification of all files from the ECHR.
