Voting for Constitutional Amendment Referendum Begins

Voting for the constitutional amendment referendum has started.

167,140 ballot boxes were placed for 55,319,222 voters in the country.

Of the voters, 1,269,282 are new electors who turned 18.

Also 481 ballot boxes were placed in prisons.

The voting will end at 5 p.m.

Coverage of the voting is disallowed until 9 p.m. unless the Supreme Election Board (YSK) grants permission before that time. (AS/TK)
