Turkish military plane comes under fire before landing in Sudan for evacuation mission

Turkish National Defense Ministry of Turkey announced that fire was opened at the military plane of Turkey heading to Sudan for evacuation of citizens of Turkey,  no injuries were reported. 

A C-130 evacuation plane, which was headed to Wadi Seidna Air Base for the evacuation, came under small arms fire, said a ministry statement.

The plane landed safely, and no injuries were reported in the personnel, but the necessary controls are being carrid out, the statement added. (VC/PE)
