Erdoğan Appoints Presidents to 3 Universities
President Erdoğan has appointed Prof. Dr. Ahmet Erman Akbulut as University of Turkish Aeronautical Association President, Prof. Dr. Çavlan Çiftçi as İstanbul Cultural University President, Prof. Dr. Erhan Güzel as İstanbul Cultural University.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has appointed presidents to three universities.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Erman Akbulut was appointed as University of Turkish Aeronautical Association President, Prof. Dr. Çavlan Çiftçi as İstanbul Cultural University President, Prof. Dr. Erhan Güzel as İstanbul Cultural University.
Two of the three presidents are men, the other one is woman.
The university presidential elections were abated through a statutory decree published on the Official Gazette on October 29, 2016.
