Communist Party's Winning Candidate Not Given Mandate Because of 'Security Problem'

Mehmet Fatih Maçoğlu, who has been elected Mayor of Dersim as the candidate of the Communist Party of Turkey, has not been given the mandate on the ground of "a security problem." Election Council later said he will be given mandate tomorrow.
