While the Constitutional Court has ruled that the arrest of Akın Atalay, Murat Sabuncu, Ahmet Şık, Önder Çelik and Bülent Utku is not violation of rights, it has ruled that the arrest of Kadri Gürsel and Murat Aksoy has violated their rights.
