The inspectors from the Ministry of Justice reached the conclusion that there was bad treatment in the case of Ceber’s death. 19 officials from the Metris Prison have been removed from their posts temporarily.

Kurdish Play About The Life Of Musa Anter Banned In Izmir
The play about the life of Musa Anter, Kurdish journalist, writer and poet, who was assassinated in Diyarbakır in 1992, has been banned in Izmir, even though it was in the program. The municipality claims that the pressure from the Police Department led to the banning.

Dink’s lawyers have objected to not being able to see the report about Erhan Tuncel’s function as an intelligence staff on the grounds that it was a “State Secret”. Witness Osman Hayal did not answer the question whether or not he was in Istanbul at the time of the murder.
