Hürriyet daily reporter Arda Akın has been arrested on the charge of “Aiding the organization [Fethullahist Terror Organization] willingly and deliberately” under the scope of the failed coup investigation. Akın was detained earlier and released on probation.

Explosion in Diyarbakır
An attack has been launched with a bomb-laden vehicle on Area Traffic Control Station Directorship, which is located on the Diyarbakır-Mardin highway. Two police and one child have been killed in the attack.
