1 More Academic Given Suspended Prison Sentence of 1 Year, 3 Months
One academic has been sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison as per the Article no. 7/2 of the Anti-Terror Law. The prison sentence of the academic has been suspended.

Arrested Journalist Zirngast to be Awarded Solidarity Prize by Austria
Dr. Karl Renner Solidarity Prize, which is awarded each year by the Austrian Journalists Club, will be given to journalist Max Zirngast, who has been behind bars in Turkey for almost a month. Last year’s prize was shared by journalists Meşale Tolu and Deniz Yücel, who were also in prison in Turkey at the time.
