Kurdish lawyer, politician Şerafettin Kaya laid to rest in Muş
Having lost his life in Germany, Şerafettin Kaya has been laid to rest in Turkey’s Muş. Defending young Kurdish people after the military memorandum in 1971, he was subjected to inhuman treatment alongside them in Diyarbakır Prison after the 1980 coup.
