Women Denounce Misogynist Laws: ‘This Marriage Cannot be Performed’
Chanting “This marriage cannot be performed”, women have protested in Kadıköy, İstanbul against the misogynist law amendment draft allowing religious leaders to perform a legally valid marriage. The amendment law draft is expected to be discussed in the Parliament.
