Facing charges for “aggravated sexual assault” and driving 18-year-old İpek E. to suicide, Specialist Sergeant Musa A. was previously released from prison after serving only a week behind bars on the offense charged.

The uncle of the child subjected to sexual assault says, “We asked the prosecutor, ‘While it is all obvious and the defendant pleaded guilty, how could you demand his release?’ He got angry and told us, ‘The court released him, go and talk to them’.”
