No Release in KCK Media Case

The 25th hearing of KCK media case has been opened at Istanbul 15th High Criminal Court this afternoon with the court penal ruling that all jailed defendants will resume their status until the next hearing. 

The session mainly proceeded with the defenses of 46 defendants (with 20 jailed), all from the Kurdish press. 

While prosecutors insisted on the continuation of all jailed defendants, the court penal did not reach any verdict. It only issued a red notice for İsmet Kayhan, Firat News Agency administrator. 

The next hearing was set to December 2. (EA/BM)
