Guardian Laid Off in Coup Investigation Commits Suicide

Laid off in Adıyaman within the scope of the July 15 coup attempt investigation launched into Gülen Community, guardian Enver Şentürk has committed suicide.

Şentürk (31) serving as guardian at Adıyaman Prison Execution Institute was taken into custody as part of the investigations launched into Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ).

Şentürk, father of one, put an end to his life this morning (October 13) in Musalla neighborhood in Adıyaman province.

The number of people who committed/allegedly committed suicide since July 15 coup attempt has risen to 14.

Of them, seven committed suicide allegedly in detention or while being detained. (EKN/TK)
